When TV Guard® debuted in the Right Start Catalog in the summer of 1993, it was an immediate sensation!

As we began to add more great items to the assortment, it became evident that we needed to marry the items together under one brand name, and so, TV Guard Inc. began to do business as Parent Units®.

 

We chose the name Parent Units® to describe the products and the parents who use them; in one name:

 

Parent Units are the squad of parents, guardians and caregivers; who love, provide and protect their babies and children.

 

Parent Units are also an arsenal of products that help parents achieve their mission.

Through the years, our pioneer product TV Guard® has sold over 1 million units thanks to moms, dads, guardians, great stores like Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby, independent baby shops, catalogs, online retailers and injury prevention professionals who reach the parents and guardians of little ones every day.  We are very thankful to all of you!
